We were born to a stray cat outside in the country. Where a nice elderly lady and her elderly son helped my siblings and I get into a foster home.  We were actually named after them when our foster mom found out they both passed away the following day. We were hands off when we came into rescue. We would run & hide when our foster mom entered the room. Now we come running to her when she enters the room. We are nervous around new people at first, especially kids. We don’t seem to mind the cats next door. We haven’t formally met the dog but there’s one in the house.  I've been the first of my siblings to have any interactions with my foster mom. I love to crawl into her lap when she sits on the floor or the chair. I don't mind being held and instantly start purring. I'm a very confident kitty! Now I just need my own humans and home.

Want to adopt a kitten? We highly recommend you consider bringing home two instead of one! Adopting kittens in pairs has been proven to be beneficial for cats’ emotional and behavioral well-being and greatly improves the likelihood of long-term adopter happiness as a result. Adopting more than one kitten also reduces the risk of “Single Kitten Syndrome” (also known as Tarzan Syndrome), a symptom of under-socialization during a kitten’s most formative weeks. Kittens who are under-socialized may develop aggressive tendencies toward both other animals and humans as they grow, creating lifelong behavioral issues for owners.
